Possible causes
• Power cord is not plugged in
properly.
• Temperature control is not
set correctly.
• Refrigerator is located near
a heat source or direct
sunlight.
• Not enough clearance
between refrigerator and
sides/rear.
• The refrigerator is
overloaded. Food is blocking
the refrigerator vents.
• Temperature control is not
set correctly.
• Refrigerator has hot pipe in
the exterior wall.
Solution
• Properly plug in the power
cord.
• Set the temperature lower.
• Keep the refrigerator away
from direct sunlight or a
heat source.
• We recommend that the gap
between the refrigerator and
nearby walls (or cabinets) is
more than 50 mm.
• Do not overload the
refrigerator. Do not allow
food to block ventilation.
• Set the temperature higher.
• To prevent condensation,
the refrigerator has hot pipe
in the front and side walls.
If the ambient temperature
rises, this equipment may
produce more heat. This is
not a system failure.
