- Page 3 INSTALL THE RIM TAPE 1. Place the rim perpendicular to the ground on a mat or towel. Orient the rim with the valve stem hole at the highest point. Stand over the rim and brace it with your feet and legs. 2.
- Page 4 4. Adhere the tape by maintaining tension on the tape and firmly pressing it down onto the rim in short sections with your thumb. Continue this technique around the circumference of the rim until you reach the starting point of the tape (not pictured). NOTICE Do not attempt to place the tape all at once or in long lengths.
