Portable emergency body shower – 9 liters capacity
COMMISSIONING:
•
Unscrew the two securing nuts and remove the device head.
•
Fill approximately 9 liters of water (± 5%) from a container with a volume scale or a balance.
•
Add the antibacterial additive (9086) to the water. The filling should be replaced every 12
months and when the device has not been used for an extended period.
•
No special precautions are required when handling the water additive. Avoid contact of
the undiluted solution with the eyes.
•
Reinsert the device head and tighten the nuts slowly (10 Nm).
USAGE:
•
Place the device on the ground and pull out the safety pin at the blue ring.
•
Then fully put up the blue handle. This will open the CO
container.
•
Press the black trigger lever on the spray lance to activate the shower.
•
Keep the spray head at least 50 cm away from the body.
•
Avoid any contact between the hose and an electrical conductor.
•
It is recommended to refill the container and replace the CO
•
Do not use the portable body emergency shower 8140 to rinse eyes.
•
The device is not suitable for freezing conditions.
