Care and Maintenance of your Karaoke Machine

• Always ensure the Karaoke Machine is disconnected from the USB supply
before cleaning.
• Clean outside of the Karaoke Machine with a clean, soft dry cloth. Never clean
with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not clean with furniture wax or polish sprays.
• Do not submerge the Karaoke Machine or Microphones in water or any other
liquids.

Possible Solution
• Press the On/Off button to turn the unit on.
•
Check that the USB plug is correctly inserted to
the USB port.
• Connect the unit to another USB charging
supply.
• The internal batteries need recharging.
• VOLUME control is set to minimum; raise the
volume control.
• If using an external device, raise the volume
control.
•
Make sure microphone is correctly inserted to
the MIC jack socket.
•
Make sure microphone is switched on.
•
VOLUME control is set to minimum; raise the
volume control.
• You have not enabled Bluetooth mode of your
device; enable Bluetooth mode or refer to the
Bluetooth devices user manual.
• The Bluetooth device is not paired with the
machine – see Using Your Karaoke Machine
above.
• Ensure your Bluetooth device can support the
A2DP Bluetooth profile.
• The volume on the external Bluetooth device is
set low or muted; raise volume/unmute as
necessary.
