  • Page 3 Introduction The TATU rear scraper has several angle and blade displacement adjustments, allowing it to work in many positions, including in reverse gear. It performs the construction of irrigation canals, small landfills and landscaping, facilitates the preservation of roads and agricultural properties, as well as the maintenance of terraces or contour lines.

    To the owner The acquisition of any Tatu product assures to the original purchaser the following rights: • Warranty certificate; • Operator's manual; • Technical assistance by the dealer on equipment delivery. However, the owner must check the condition of the equipment on delivery, as well as knowing the warranty terms.

    • Check all laws and regulations regarding the height limits and load width while transporting the equipment on truck or trailer.     • Lock the jacks facing up or remove and store them.     • The angle must be adjusted so the earth goes to the front of the blade, decreasing the soil resistance. • The rear scraper can spin in a 360º angle and can work normally in reverse gear. PT / PTL Marchesan Implementos e Máquinas Agrícolas “TATU” S.A.

    • Insert an enough amount of new grease. • Use medium consistency grease. Lubrication points When the rear scraper is equipped with gauge wheel, it is necessary to lubricate the grease fittings every 50 hours of service. PT / PTL Marchesan Implementos e Máquinas Agrícolas “TATU” S.A.

    Adjust the castle nut (B) and the nut (C) from the hub using a wrench until reaching a small resistance while turning the hub. Do not overtight. Fasten the grease fitting (D) on the hub. PT / PTL Marchesan Implementos e Máquinas Agrícolas “TATU” S.A.
