GENERAL INFORMATION The purpose of this manual is to assist you in operating and maintaining your Multi-Drill. Read it carefully. It furnishes information and istructions that will help you achieve years of dependable performance. These instructions have been compiled from extensive field experience and engineering data. -

OPERATION The operator is responsible for the safe operation of this seeder. The operator must be properly trained. Operators should be familiar with the equipment, the tractor, and all safety practices before starting operation. Read the safety rules and safety decals provided in this operator’s manual. -
Page 11: Front Coulter Disc Shaft
Front Coulter Disc Shaft The Multi-Drill is equipped with a coulter disc shaft mounted to the front of the frame. The function of this shaft is to cut a narrow slit in the ground in preparation for the seed delivery to follow. The cutting depth of the shaft is manipulated using the gauge wheels on the sides of the frame. -
