The manual states that the e-bike should be driven in non-motorized lanes with a speed of about 15 km/h and warns against unauthorized modifications. It also advises not to disassemble, crack, or modify the scooter without authorization. Therefore, increasing the speed of the eZi MINI to 45 km/h would require unauthorized modification, which is not recommended and any resulting damage or loss would be your responsibility.

The eZi MINI may be losing power on a hill despite showing 80% battery due to undervoltage protection. When the scooter is under heavy load, such as climbing a hill, the voltage may drop temporarily, triggering the undervoltage protection and reducing power output. This can happen even if the battery appears to have sufficient charge. Contact after-sales support for repair if the issue persists.
