CHAPTER 5 27 27 OPERATION OPERATION TRAINING AND PRACTICE The training on device operation with demos of the several possibilities of application is best achieved by a CAD/CAM introductory course by Zirkonzahn. during the course. Training related information and schedules are provided by your Zirkonzahn partners or available under www.zirkonzahn-education.com.
CHAPTER 7 31 31 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SAFETY MEASURES WHEN CLEANING THE DEVICE - Wear respiratory protection, safety goggles and protective gloves when cleaning the device. - Unplug from mains power! CAUTION: When designing the device we assumed that all operators have a basic technical knowledge.
CHAPTER 7 32 32 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Incorrect cleaning or failure to follow cleaning instructions might damage single components or seriously endanger operators! Maintenance work must only be executed by well-trained personnel. Personal safety equipment is required! MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL Regular controls Before commencing any operation with this device, the following controls must be executed in this order:...
CHAPTER 8 33 33 REPAIRS / TROUBLESHOOTING REPAIRS / TROUBLE- SHOOTING DETECTED FAULTS If malfunctions or defects are detected during the maintenance of the device, these must be remedied before the renewed start-up, in order to ensure a trouble-free and safe operation. Unplug from mains power when carrying out any connection and maintenance work! Defects, damages and malfunctions must be reported without delay to Zirkonzahn or to the only under their guidance or in accordance with the Operator’s and Maintenance Manual.
