RECIPES (cont.) PEACH SORBET 1 1/3 cup fresh peaches; chopped 1 1/3 tbsp lemon zest 3/4 cup almond milk 2 2/3 tbsp honey Puree all ingredients together until smooth, except for the peaches. Transfer ingredients carefully into the canister. Follow the operational instructions of the ice cream maker. Add peaches to mixture after 30-45 minute to prevent ingredients from settling to the bottom or jamming the spatula.
