Windows 98SE Go to www.simpletech.com/support and download the Windows 98SE driver for the Bonzai Xpress to your local computer. To install the driver, double-click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. When installation completes, restart your computer. - Page 3 If you are running Windows 98SE, install the Windows 98SE driver before connecting Bonzai Xpress to your computer. SimpleTech recommends that you avoid using the USB port on Macintosh computer keyboards. This port may not have enough power to adequately support the USB 2.0 interface.

- Page 5 ORMATTING ONZAI Bonzai Xpress is formatted as a FAT volume at the factory—allowing you to format the drive and access files using standard Windows or Mac OS tools. For instructions on formatting drives, refer to the documentation provided with your operating system. Formatting Bonzai Xpress destroys all data stored on the drive.
- Page 6 ISCONNECTING Rapidly and repeatedly inserting and removing a USB device may stop the USB port from responding. Once the port is in this state, it will no longer recognize any USB device. While the computer is powered on, it is recommended that you stop Bonzai Xpress from running before unplugging it from your computer.
