I step on scale and it gives a weight (always the same weight) and when ai step off scale it shows Err. So I step on again, and it gives a weight and this time no Err shows up. The problem is that it always gives the same exact weight with not even an ounce of difference and this has happened for weeks. The exact same weight cannot be accurate. How do I fix this?

To fix the issue of your Ovutek Royyt VWS530 Series scale showing the same weight every time you step on it, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the scale is placed on a level surface.
2. Remove the batteries for 45 seconds and then replace them to reset the scale.
3. If the issue persists, contact Customer Support as mentioned in the manual.

These steps should help resolve the problem.

The Ovutek Royyt VWS530 Series scale may not show the correct weight after stepping off due to several reasons:

1. Inaccurate Measurement – If the scale displays "Err," the result may be inaccurate. It is recommended to re-measure.
2. Improper Use – The user should ensure they step onto the scale correctly and wait until the measurement is complete.
3. Battery Issues – Low or improperly installed batteries can affect accuracy. Replacing the batteries may resolve the issue.
4. Interference or Calibration Issues – The scale should be used on a flat, hard surface to prevent incorrect readings.
5. Family Mode Activation – If Family Mode is enabled, the scale may calculate weight differences instead of a single weight measurement.

For persistent issues, resetting the scale by removing and reinserting the batteries or contacting customer support may help.

My scale just arrived from Amazon. I put the batteries in, and nothing is happening. I tried several times, but my weight doesn't show.
