IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

1. This exercise bar is intended to be used indoors.
2. Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in
the same room with the equipment.
3. Only one person at a time should use the equipment.
4. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the
workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
5. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising.
6. Disabled person should not use the exercise bar without a qualified person or physician in attendance.
7. Before exercising, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
8. Never operate the equipment if the exercise bar is not functioning properly.
9. Maximum resistance on weight bar is 200 lbs.
10. Do not modify the exercise bar or add any attachments not specifically designed for use with this
exercise bar.
11. This exercise bar is designed and intended for home and consumer use only, not for commercial use.

Care and Maintenance

1. Periodically inspect all parts. Check all connections monthly during the usage season for
tightness and tighten as required.
2. Replace any worn and damaged parts immediately.
3. Use mild household spray cleaners and/or a damp rag to wipe clean. Do not use harsh
cleaning chemicals.
4. Sand rusted areas on tubular members and repaint using a non-lead based paint meeting
the requirements of Title 16 CFR Part 1303.
5. Disposal Instructions – The equipment can be safely disassembled and disposed without
unreasonable hazards. Call your local recycle agency regarding details of recycling.
