4 INSTALLATION OF THE
ACCESSORY
The CFW500-KDS is easily installed or replaced.
For the proper installation of the accessory, follow
steps below:
Step 1: With the inverter de-energized, remove its
front cover shown in
Step 2: The CFW500-KDS can be mounted on a
35 mm DIN rail
Step 3: The CFW500-KDS must be connected to
the CFW500-CRS485 plug-in module using the
cables and torques specified in
Step 4: Connections (GND) and (VDC) are used to
connect to the solar panel.
Connections GND and OUTPUT must be connected
to analog input AI2 of the CFW500 - CRS485
accessory.
Step 5: Power up the drive and refer to Section
5.1.5 of the CFW500 Solar Pump Drive application
manual to set the parameters.

5 CONFIGURATIONS

Maximum cable length of 10 m.
The CFW500-KDS only works with solar panels
with the following characteristics:
