    The sensor handle, connecting cable and device housing are not designed for continu- ous contact with foods. Intended use The G 1781 is a high-precision reference thermometer for checking outer products, where the highest accuracy is required. The miniaturized probe is designed to be inserted in appropriate reference bores and to measure on site quickly and without distortion.

If an adjustment is made, you change the pre-adjusted factory settings. This is signalled with the display text T.OF or T.SL when switching on.
