For security reasons, some people like to lock this default image with a pin code, so that in the
unlikely event that the projector is stolen, the owner's name and telephone number will always be
displayed. The projector comes without a pin code set. The code for accessing the security
functions on the CP-RX70 is 3305.
Menu, Security, go right and enter. The default code is (to sort). Suggest that this is changed.
Then you have a menu to do the screen display protection. To set up or to change the pin code,
you have to go to Screen Lock | Lock Off. Next you press the right menu arrow once, let go, then
hold it down for 3 seconds. This will give you a four digit pin number entry screen
Packing away procedure
Disconnect all leads and be careful not to bend the pins on the RGB cable. In the unlikely event of
the projector becoming faulty within the three years warranty period, contact us. If it is not
repaired within seven working days we will arrange for you to have a loan unit.
