    Read Me First Page 1 SPIDER AND INSECT WEBS Extremely important please read Some times spiders, ants and other insects climb into the tube burners, gas lines and other areas of the BBQ. The insects can spin webs, build nests and lay eggs. The webs or nests can be very small, but they are very strong and can block the flow of gas.

When to Test: The BBQ gas bottle, regulator & hose assembly should be checked for leaks, using the soapy water leak test, every time you reconnect your regulator to the BBQ gas bottle.

  • Page 8 Safety Guide Page 7 GAS CYLINDER INFORMATION 1. This BBQ is designed to be used with a gas cylinder not exceeding 9KG. 2. The gas cylinder supply valve must be turned off when the BBQ is not in use. 3. Gas cylinders must be stored outdoors, out of reach of children and must not be stored in a building, garage or any other enclosed area.

    Assembly Procedure Page 12 Note: Tools required for assembly - 2 x adjustable spanners, Medium Philips screwdriver Step 1. Turn the bottom panel upside down and tighten the wheels into the corners. Step 2. Attach the side panels by loosely inserting two screws into two of the holes on the far left and right hand side of the bottom panel.
  • Page 14 Assembly Procedure Page 13 Step 3. Attach the back panel by loosely inserting a screw into a hole at the back of both side panels. Then place the back panel into position and tighten the screws. Also insert two screws into the bottom of the back panel and tighten these into the bottom panel.
  • Page 15 Assembly Procedure Page 14 Step 5. Attach the front bar to the cart by placing it at the top of each side panel and then using x2 screws on each side to tighten it into place. 4x A Step 6. Place the firebox on top of the cart and adjust it into position.

Loosely untighten x2 screws that are already inserted into the side of the firebox. Connect the side table onto the x2 screws and then tighten the side table into place.

Use x2 of the screws and washers provided and insert them through the inside of the firebox and into the side table and then tighten. 2 x B 2 x D Step 10. To attach the side burner loosely unscrew the two of the screws that are inserted into the side burner hose. Then attach the bracket over the loose screws and then tighten the screws into place.

Connect the side table onto the x2 screws and then tighten the side table into place. Step 12. Use x2 of the screws and washers provided and insert them through the inside of the firebox and into the side table and then tighten.
  • Page 19 Assembly Procedure Page 18 Step 13. Bring the corrugated hose out from underneath the fascia and bend it so that you can attach the bracket to the top right hand corner of the side panel. Then tighten with a screw. 1x A Step 14.
  • Page 20 Assembly Procedure Page 19 Step 15. Install the cylinder hook by attaching it to the top of the side panel and tightening x2 screws into the bracket on the inside of the panel. Step 16. To attach the cart doors, insert the door pins (marked part C) into holes in the front left and right hand corners of the bottom panel.
  • Page 21 Assembly Procedure Page 20 Step 17. Once the door pins are installed, insert the bottom of the door over the pin in the bottom panel. The press the pin at the top in with your finger and let it fall into place in the hole at the top of the door. Step 18.

  • Page 23 Operating your BBQ Page 23 • Never leave burners on high for more than 10 minutes unless actually cooking. If the burner makes hissing sounds when lit, it may be burning inside. Turn burner off, allow it to cool and try again.
  • Page 24 Operating your BBQ Page 24 Lighting the BBQ Lighting the BBQ is easy, but must be done with due care. Make sure that the gas is turned on at the cylinder, or that gas is available to the BBQ. Also, if your BBQ has a roasting hood, ensure that the hood is up.

If paint is missing in small areas this is not a fault. This paint will come off completely over time. Its purpose is to help protect your BBQ during transport and storage.

    Maintenance Page 27 On-going Maintenance Interior: Plates and Grills The best way to clean your BBQ plates/grills is to light-up the BBQ and leave it on with the hood down to warm-up for 10-15 minutes. After this time, remove excess fat, oils, cooking residue with paper towels or a cotton rag from plates/grills then take a long handled brush and a scraper and remove remaining oil and food scraps.
