    2.1.3 Évaporateur-Condenseur Les échangeurs doivent être tenus constamment propres afin de maintenir un échange thermique maximal. Les ailettes doivent être débarrassées des poussières ou tous autres dépôts. Ces inconvénients seront atténués par un bon entretien des filtres. Le nettoyage éventuel des échangeurs s’effectuera à l’aide d’une brosse à sec dans le sens des ailettes et d’un aspirateur puissant.

    2.1.6 Évacuations condensats Le bac de réception ainsi que les orifices d’évacuation et les siphons seront débarrassés des dépôts, boues ou poussières qui risqueraient d’obstruer l’écoulement normal des condensats ou infiltrations naturelles. 2.1.7 Coffret électrique Au moins une fois par an, il sera procédé à la vérification des connexions, au nettoyage des contacts et aux essais de sécurité. 2.1.8 Réglages - contrôles Les régulations sur le fonctionnement du groupe frigorifique feront annuellement l’objet d’une vérification soignée par un spécialiste. Conformément au contrat d’entretien il sera procédé aux contrôles de la charge en fluide frigorigène en effectuant un bilan frigorifique (certificat d’étanchéité, relevé des températures d’évaporation et de condensation, etc….).

    Contrôles mensuels • Le dépoussiérage des filtres, voir leurs remplacement si nécessaire. • La bonne circulation d’air dans les gaines. • La bonne évacuation des condensats. • La couleur du voyant liquide et l’absence de bulle en régime établi. • La circulation d’eau sur le condenseur (OPTIONNEL). • La circulation d’eau sur la batterie eau chaude (OPTIONNEL).

    Vérification à effectuer avant d’alerter le SAV • Vérifier l’arrivée générale du courant sur l’armoire électrique. • Vérifier que les filtres ne soient pas encrassés. • Vérifier le bon fonctionnement du ventilateur. • Vérifier le fonctionnement du compresseur. Tenter de déterminer la panne d’après les cas suivants. ONLY DULY AUTHORISED, PROPERLY TRAINED PERSONNEL SHOULD CARRY OUT ANY INTERVENTIONS. THE OWNER OF THE DEHUMIDIFIER SHOULD ENSURE ADHERENCE TO THE RULES SET OUT HERE. CAUTION !     2.1.3 Evaporator-Condenser Heat exchangers must always be kept clean to maintain maximum heat exchange. Dust and any other debris should be cleaned off the fins. Correct maintenance of the filters will reduce the amount of cleaning required by the filters. To clean the heat exchanger use a dry brush and a strong vacuum, take care to brush in the direction of the fins. Wait until the fan is totally stopped before carrying out this intervention.

    2.1.6 Drainage of condensates The collection tank, drains and siphons must be kept clear of deposits, mud or dust that could obstruct the normal flow of condensates or other natural seepage. 2.1.7 Electrical panel At least once a year, check the connections, clean the contacts and perform safety tests. 2.1.8 Settings - inspections The refrigeration unit must be inspected in detail by a specialist at least once a year.
