Note: Place the film scanner on the side and insert the end of the brush into the door on the right side and clean the backlight panel placed in the film scanner.
With the lever all the way to the right, stack your slides in the rapid slide feeder.
Hold up the slide toward the light. Face the trademark slide of the slide away from you. Look through the slide and it should appear normally (not a mirror image). Now turn the slide so the image is upside down while looking at the same side.
Open the slide holder at the marked spot on the top. With the slide holder laid open place the slide into recessed area in the holder, the slide should fit perfectly.
Close the slide holder and press the edges so that it locks in place. Hold it in the position as showing and insert the Slide Holder into the slot on the right side of the scanner.
Note: Handle slides and negatives with care. Dust, scratches or finger prints will show up on your saved images.
Hold up the negative toward the light. As you look through the negative, you should be able to read the small negative numbers normally (not a mirror image). Now turn the negative so the image is upside down while looking at the same side.
Open the negative holder at the marked spot on the top. With the negative holder laid open place the negative into holder so the notches line up with the notches on the holder.
Close the negative holder and press the edges so that it locks in place. Hold it in the position as shown in the film scanner. Insert the negative holder into the slot on the right side of the film scanner as shown.
Power on:
Connect the product to power outlet via USB power adapter and USB cable or to PC via USB cable. Then Insert the SD card inside the product, short press ""MENU key. When "Power" indicator lights up and the "SD" indicator lights up, it processes into Capture mode.
Power off:
Long press "" MENU key for around 3 seconds, the "Power" indicator will light off, and the product will power off.
If you need mirror image or rotation image when picture be scanning, you can press Rotation key to adjust it, then capture picture.
Press key (mirror image), the image place be altered (from left to right)
Continue Press key (rotation), the image place be altered (from up to down)
Press ""MENU key to enter into MENU, press""/ "" to choose capture option, press "" key to enter into slide style. Choose needed image type like positive film, negative Film, B&W. (Please see following picture)
After enter into Slide style, according to film types which you have put in the film holders, press""/ ""to select the corresponding film mode and press "" to confirm it.
Press ""MENU key to enter into MENU, press ""/ "" key to choose Exposure option, and press "" key to enter into Exposure Compensation , then press""/ "" key to setting exposure value of scanning image, and press "" to save your setting.
Press ""MENU key to enter into MENU, press""/ "" key to choose Resolution option and press "" to enter setting, then press""/ "" key to choose 5M or 10M resolution, and press "" to save the setting.
Press ""MENU key to enter into MENU, press ""/ "" key to choose Language option and press "" to enter setting, then press""/ "" key to choose language, and press "" to save the setting.
Note: Choosing English, French, Deutsch, ltalian, Spanish, Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese. according to user's need
Press ""MENU key to enter into MENU, press ""/ "" key to choose USB MSDC option and press "" to enter USB MSDC. after the product successfully connect to PC via USB cable, the screen will light off, and the "PC" indicator will light up. Then you can preview images on PC and transfer images from the product to PC.
