Santana Suenos - 3D Supernatural Sound Wireless Earbuds Quick Start Guide

OVERVIEW

Thank you for purchasing the Sueños Wireless Earbuds with 3D SUPERNATURAL SOUND. Please read these instructions carefully for proper operation and save for future reference.

OPERATION

Turning ON/OFF

Power on: Hold the MULTIFUNCTION (MF) button for 3 seconds until the white light illuminates.
Power off: Hold the MF button for 4 seconds until the red light illuminates then turns off.

Connecting with Bluetooth

To play audio from a Bluetooth device, you need to pair the device with your earbuds.

1. Hold the MF button for 3 seconds to power on the earbuds, indicated by the voice prompt "Power on", then "Pairing". The light blinks white, indicating the earbuds are ready to connect with your Bluetooth device.
2. Turn on Bluetooth mode on your device.
3. Select "Santana Suenos" to initiate pairing, and the earbuds will automatically connect with your Bluetooth device, indicated by a white light and voice prompt "Connected". Some devices ask you to input the PIN "0000" as the password.

Note: Generally, there is a 10 minute maximum to pair the earbuds with your Bluetooth device, otherwise retry steps 1 to 3 to pair again.

USING THE EARBUDS

Left and right are indicated by L/R on corresponding earbuds.

Answering a Call
When a call is incoming, you will hear a ring tone. Press the MF button once to accept the call, or answer the call via your mobile phone.

Rejecting a Call
Double press the MF button to reject the incoming call.

Ending a Call
Press the MF button once to end the call, or hang up via your mobile phone.

Music Play / Pause
Press the MF button once to play/pause music.

Volume Adjustment / Skip Track

Short press the Vol(+) or Vol(-) to adjust volume.
Long press the Vol(+) to select next track.
Long press the Vol(-) to select previous track.

3D Function
Double press the MF button to turn on/off the 3D function.

Voice Assistant
Hold the MF button for 2 seconds to activate voice assistant.

CHARGING THE SUENOS

1. Before charging, make sure the earbuds have been switched off.
2. Plug the USB cable into the charging port of earbuds; plug the other side of the USB cable into a USB charger or other charging device. Charging will start, and the red light remains illuminated on the earbuds.
3. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours, and then the red light will turn white when fully charged.

You must use the original cable to charge the Bluetooth earbuds, otherwise it may damage the earbuds. Proper charger voltage must be 5V with a current rated at 115mA.

These earbuds use a non-detachable built-in rechargeable battery. In order to prevent damage to the earbuds, please do not remove the battery.

Note: The voice prompt "Battery Low" will notify you when the earbuds need to be recharged.
