INTRODUCTION

A PIXILLION things we can do together!
There are 5 levels of play with Pixel Chix.

WHEN YOU PLAY WITH YOUR PIXEL CHIX^™ GAL, you will move up to higher levels of play. When you reach a new level of play, your Pixel Chix pal will appear in a puff of smoke, trumpet fanfare will play and she will yell, "Woo-hoo!". With each new level you get more fashions, more food, more places to go (depending on which fashion your Pixel Chix is wearing) and more games to play. The more you play with your Pixel Chix, the faster you'll get to each new level.

IF YOU NEGLECT YOUR PIXEL CHIX^™ GAL, she may give you attitude and you will go down in levels of play. If you continue to ignore her, she will eventually leave her home and you will have to start play again at Level 1. So be sure to give her lots of attention!

SET THE CLOCK

1. 
   Press GO OUT button.
2. Keep pushing GO OUT button until nearest hour is chosen. A small circle moves around, inside the numbers.
3. When the small circle is next to the nearest hour, press YES to set the time.
   SUN indicates day time.
   MOON indicates night time.
   To reset clock during play, press NO and FUN buttons at the same time. Repeat the steps above.
   

NOW WITH AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM!
Flip the LCD screen up and down to change floors.

BUTTONS OVERVIEW

GO AHEAD AND PUSH MY BUTTONS!
Press any button to start playing.

YES Press to make a selection.	NO Press to cancel selection of an item or task.	BED TIME Press when it is time for your Pixel Chix™ friend to go to bed. Make sure she is in her nightgown or she may give you attitude! The more you play, the more choices you have.	VANITY/ FOOD VANITY button works when your friend is upstairs. The FOOD button works downstairs. For both you have more choices the more you play.	FASHION Press button to choose a fashion for your friend to wear. The more you play, the more fashions there are to choose.	FUN Press the FUN button and keep pressing to scroll through options. When what you want to play is flashing, push the YES button to select. Buttons YES, NO, BATHROOM/ GO OUT and FUN can be used as controls during certain games: = left = down = right = up To decorate the upstairs room, press the FUN button until the VASE icon is selected. Press YES then press FUN again until you see the decor you'd like to use. Press YES again to confirm. Pressing BED TIME, VANITY/FOOD, or FASHION buttons interrupts play mode.	BATHROOM/ GO OUT Choose an activity for the bathroom. The more you play, you have more activities to choose for your friend. This button also sends your friend outside. Where your Pixel Chix™ friend goes depends on what she is wearing.

CONNECTION

CONNECT TO A HOUSE, CAR OR MALL FOR EVEN MORE FUN!

Remove cover first, then connect the malls, or houses or cars to the house.
Do not put finger into ports as this may reset game.

CONNECT 2 HOUSES

Press FUN button on one house and a Pixel Chix^™ friend from the other house comes over.

CONNECT 3 OR MORE HOUSES
Pixel Chix^™ pals wave to each other, talk on the phone, or dance.

CONNECT A HOUSE TO THE MALL

Hair color of girl leaving house may be different from the hair color of girl entering the mall.
Press SHOP or WORK button on the mall and
the Pixel Chix^™ friend goes from the house to the mall.
Press FUN button on house to go from mall to house.

CONNECT A CAR TO THE HOUSE

To bring a girl over from the house to the car, press any button on the car.
NOTE that random animations may also occur when you connect the house to the car. Your friend could walk back into her house (maybe with her mail), sweep her floor, do a cart- wheel, make a funny face, etc., but you have to play to find out!

Hair color of girl leaving house may be different from the hair color of girl entering the car.
Additional house, car and mall sold separately, subject to availability. Colors and decorations may vary. Up to 10 houses can be connected together.

TROUBLESHOOTING

TRY ME PULL TAB

The pull tab in the Try Me slot should be automatically removed when toy is taken out of the package. If not, simply remove the pull tab before playing.

RESET BUTTON
Reset playhouse if Pixel Chix™ pal leaves house, she has been neglected for a few days, or to start a fresh game. Ask an adult to insert a metal tip, such as a bent paper clip, into the hole.

When exposed to an electrostatic source, the product may malfunction and suffer memory loss. Reset the product if this occurs.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Batteries included are for demonstration purposes only. Requires 4 AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries.
Toy uses 4 replaceable AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries. When "BATTERIES LOW" shows on screen, change batteries within 3 minutes. To replace batteries, use a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to open battery door. Remove and set aside. Insert 4 replaceable AAA or LR03 alkaline batteries as shown. Use either AAA or LR03 alkaline batteries or equivalent. Replace battery cover and screw closed.
