    The video encoder features composite output with sync. Host interface The core functionality of the DVICOMP-IS is completely autonomous to the host PCI bus. The DVICOMP-IS is factory configured for NTSC or PAL output operation and will auto-detect the input resolution prior to performing the rescaling.
