Pop-up desk box for MODO/MIX/STEEL devices (2 + 2 + 2 modules)
DESCRIPTION
Retractable pop-up box for desktop installation, with bottom, for MODO/MIX/STEEL
series appliances.
PERMITTED EQUIPMENT
The pop-up box allows the installation of appliances with 1 or 2 MODO/MIX/STEEL
modules, limited to those without any front overhang.
It is not possible to install the following items: dimmers, pushbuttons with tie rod,
TV / SAT sockets with F or BNC type connector, miniature circuit breakers, differential
switches, and all MODO/MIX/STEEL devices larger than 2 modules (44mm) or with
integrated support.
CHOICE OF CONDUCTORS
Correct opening and closing is recommended with the use of exible copper cables with
a maximum size of 4mm2, in compliance with the regulations in force.If the line arrives
on the box with rigid copper cables, it is necessary to use terminals and a piece of
exible cable from the terminal to the devices.

INSTALLATION METHOD
The pop-up box must be installed in a hole with a 102mm x 216mm (4 "x 8.5") minimum
size. The bottom of the box must be xed on the back of the hole. The 2 long screws
supplied allow the lid to be xed with the bottom of the box on panels / desks with a
25mm (1") maximum thickness.
INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
Ÿ
Disconnect the electricity from the switchboard.
Ÿ
Place the bottom (C) on the underside of the table / desk.
Ÿ Anchor the bottom (C) to the table / desk with the 4 short screws (Y).
Ÿ
Insert the tube in the bottom (C) and let the cables out inside of it (at least
200mm/8").
Ÿ
Mount the devices on the support (S).
Ÿ
Wire the appliances (D), according to the indications of each product.
Ÿ Place the support (L + D) in the closed box lid (B).
Ÿ
Place the aluminum bar (A) on the support and x with the screws (X).
Ÿ
Check the correct opening and closing of the box (B)
Ÿ Place the box (B) in the hole in the table / desk.
Ÿ
Fix the box (B) with the bottom (C) using the two long screws (Z).
