Einführung Hochdruckprüfung 2500 bar, Bestell Nr.: 042131_2 Common Rail Hochdruckprüfgerät Druckprüfgerät analog, mit Anschlussleitungen Gewindeanschluss M 14x1,5 zur Druck- und Dichtigkeits- prüfung des Speichereinspritzsystems „Common Rail“. Mit dem Hochdruckprüfgerät kann eine dyna- mische oder statische Prüfung durchgeführt werden. Austretender Kraftstoff bei Arbeiten am Common Rail-System ist aufzufangen und fachgerecht zu entsorgen.

Dynamische Prüfung • Motor / Zündung aus. • Gerät mittels flexiblen Hochdruckleitungen (4) zwischen Hochdruckpumpe und Railrohr anschließen. • Das Gerät muss vor der Messung vollständig über die Entlüfterschraube (3) blasenfrei entlüftet wer- den. Zündung oder Anlasser dazu kurz betätigen. Nur bei blasenfrei gefülltem Gerät ist eine korrekte Anzeige möglich.

Description High Pressure Tester 2500 bar, order no.: 042131_2 Common Rail Pressure Tester Analog pressure tester with connecting lines (connecting thread M 14x1.5) permitting the pressure- and leak-testing of common rail injection systems. The tester permits dynamic and static testing. Any fuel escaping during work on the common rail system must be caught and properly disposed of.

Dynamic testing • Engine/ignition off. • Connect the tester between the high pressure pump and common rail tube by means of the flexible high pressure lines. • Before the test, the tester must be bled completely free of bubbles by way of the vent screw. To do this, briefly activate the ignition or starter.
