Puhdista ja voitele osat kevyellä koneöljyllä vuosittain. Voitele akseli ja pyörän laakerointi säännöllisesti. Tarkista säännöllisesti peräkärryn kiinnityskohdat. Jos maalipinta kuluu tai naarmuuntuu, käsittele se spraymaalilla ruostumisen ehkäise- miseksi.

Rengör och smörj delar med lätt maskinolja årligen. Smörj axeln och hjullagren regelbundet. Kontrollera släpkärrans fästpunkter regelbundet. Om färgytan slits eller repas ska den behandlas med sprayfärg för att undvika rostbild- ning.

    PRIOR TO USE Unpack the appliance and check that all parts are included. If any part is missing or dam- aged, contact your dealer immediately. Dispose all packing material according to local regu- lations. UTILITY DUMP CART COMPONENT PARTS AND ASSEMBLY Take all parts out of the shipping crate and inspect components to ensure there are no miss- ing pieces before starting to assemble the utility dump cart follow steps 1 through 9.
  • Page 23 NOTE: You may have extra nuts & bolts when finished. Assembly STEP 1: Attach Tongue Support Attach the tongue support to the bottom panel using four sets of M6x16 screws and M6 nylon lock nuts. Loosely tighten the nuts.
  • Page 24 STEP 2: Attach Wheel Axle Support Attach the two wheel axle supports to the bottom panel using eight sets of M8x16 screws and M8 nylon lock nuts. Loosely tighten the nuts. STEP 3: Attach Wheel Axle & Hitch Tongue 1. Position the hitch tongue assembly in the wheel axle support. 2.
  • Page 25 STEP 4: Attach the Wheel 1. In the following order insert one Ø20 flat washer, wheel assembly, and Ø20 flat washer and secure with an Ø3 R pin. 2. Repeat for the other side of the axle. STEP 5: Attach the Cart Slot and Side Panel 1.
  • Page 26 STEP 6: Attach Front Panel Attach the front panel assembly to bottom panel and secure using two hinge pins. Lock the left and right side panel assembly in place using the handle. STEP 7: Attach Rear Panel Slide the rear panel assembly through the slots on the backside panels. NOTE: The rear panel pins must go through the holes on the side panels to lock the panel in place.
  • Page 27 STEP 8: Attach Side Rails and Front Rail Insert the rails into the holes on the panels. Secure the front rail using the two Ø3 R pins. STEP 9: Attach R Pin on Hitch Tongue 1. Insert Ø3 R Pin into the release plate stem behind the release pedal to keep the cart from dumping.

    MAINTENANCE After each use clean material out of the cart. Rinse and dry inside and outside of the cart after each use. Check the tyre pressure before use. At the beginning of each season, using light machine oil, lubricate the latch, the latch pivot bolt, and the area of the axle where the draw bar tongue pivots.
