LFX31995ST Refrigerator
Door Switch Operation
There are three door switches, each switch has two sets of contacts
which are open with the doors open.
On the refrigerator door switches the two Grey wires attach to the door
Monitor Switches.
On the freezer door switch the two Bright Orange wires attach to the
door Monitor Switch.
On all three Monitor Switches with the door closed you read 5Vdc, with
the door open you read 0Vdc.
The second set of contacts provide 12Vdc to the LED Lights.
On the Freezer door switch BLW & YL connect to the light switch to
send 12Vdc to the freezer lights located at the bottom of the refrigerator
doors
On the Refrigerator door switches BLW & SB connect to the light switch
to provide 12Vdc to the 3 LED lights in the refrigerator.
