SAFETY

To properly and safely use the earphone set, read this user manual, and adhere to the following rules:

1. Properly adjust the volume when using the earphone set.
2. When in danger, stop using the earphone set immediately.
3. Do not use the earphone set to listen to music or make calls when driving a car.
4. Store the set and its accessories in a place that is out of reach of children, to avoid danger caused by improper use.
5. Do not drop the set and do not hit hard surfaces with the earphones, it can cause permanent damage to the set and warranty loss.
6. Remember to not pour water into the earphones when cleaning, because it can cause sound distortions, or even warranty loss.
7. It is recommended to avoid setting the volume to the highest level. That is, a level in which you cannot hear any other surrounding sounds. In case of feeling pain or hum in the ears, immediately lower the volume.
8. If you feel discomfort, irritation, or other unwanted reactions, stop using the earphone set.
9. Recommended temperature range is 0-35°C. Overcooling, overheating or high environmental temperatures can shorten the lifespan of the batteries and influence the device work.
10. If the earphones are excessively heating up, immediately stop using the set and contact your Authorized Service Center.
11. Do not use the set during a thunderstorm.
12. After not using the set for a long time, charge the earphones before powering them again.

4. Voice commands in English informing about the battery, incoming calls, disconnecting and connecting the device, etc.

HOW TO USE

1. Peel the isolation tape off the earphones and put them back into the case to charge both earphones.
   Attention: If the set does not charge after being put in the case, connect the USB cable to charge the case.
2. Make sure that the case and earphones are fully charged before the first use.
3. After taking the earphones out of the case a blue LED diode will light up and a "Power on" message will sound, indicating that the device is turned on.
4. When the LED diodes flash blue, it means that the device is ready to be paired.
5. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone and on the list of available devices choose Xblitz Snake Mojo When the earphones pair with the phone, the LED lights will shut off, and the information on connection (ex. "the device is connected, 100% battery remaining") will display on the BT menu on your phone.
6. The earphones will automatically turn off after putting them away into the case.
7. Taking the earphones out of the case again will make them automatically turn on and pair with your phone.
8. To manually turn on the earphones, press and hold the main button on the right and left earphone for three seconds, or up to the moment, when a "Power On" message appears and a blue blight flashes for 2 seconds.
9. To manually turn off the earphones, press and hold the main button on the right and left earphone for 5 seconds, or until a red light flashes for 2 seconds.
10. To change the track, double press the main button on the right earphone, to switch the previous track, double press the main button on the left earphone.
11. To answer the phone, press the main button on the earphone.
12. To end a call, press the main button on the earphone.
13. To decline the call, press and hold the main button on the earphone and for 1 second.
14. To cancel dialing the number, press the main button on the earphone for 1 second.
15. To turn on the voice assistant, press the main button on the earphone for 1.5s. When turning the function on, the device will let out a short sound.
16. Low battery alarm: When the earphones are below 20%, red LED diodes will blink every 5 seconds and the earphones will sound a "Battery Low" message every 60 seconds.
17. Critical battery: When the earphones completely run out of battery power, they will automatically turn off.
18. Taking the earphones out of the case again will make them automatically pair with your phone.

CHARGING

1. Put both earphones into the charging case and close the lid to start charging.
   When charging, the earphone LED diodes will light up red.
2. After finishing charging the diodes will turn off.
3. To charge the case battery, plug it into a power source using an USB type C cable.
4. The LED light on the case will light up blue and turn off after the charging is finished.

Resetting to default settings

1. When the earphones are turned off, to reset them to default settings, press the main button and hold for 10 seconds, or up to a moment when the red and blue diodes blink 3 times.
2. After resetting to default settings, the volume will go back to its standard level.
3. BT pairing preferences will be reset after resetting to default settings.
4. After turning on, both of the earphones will automatically go into pairing mode.

ATTENTION! If after using the set the earphones do not connect with the case, do not charge, or cannot turn on at all, it can be caused due to the oxidization of magnets on the earphones. To solve the problem, wipe the magnet on the earphones and the case using an alcohol wipe.
