    Disconnect the battery pack from the cycle when not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts. Use The PhysioPedal only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

    GETTING STARTED To use the PhysioPedal, screw the base onto the body by twisting the screws (x4).
  • Page 15 GETTING STARTED Attach the Pedal or Handles into the Cranks using The Quick Release Mechanism.
  • Page 16 GETTING STARTED Insert the battery into the body by pushing it in until it clicks.
  • Page 17 GETTING STARTED To Power on the PhysioPedal, hold the power button down for 5 seconds until the battery lights up.

    HOW TO USE To exercise the upper body put the PhysioPedal on an elevated platform or table and put your hands on the grips.
  • Page 19 HOW TO USE To use the PhysioPedal put both feet on the pedals.
  • Page 20 HOW TO USE Press the START Icon to start the Pedals or Handles to move. The unit will start a slow speed of 30 RPM, to increase the speed press the PLUS button. To decrease the speed press the MINUS button.
  • Page 21 HOW TO USE To set the timer, press the CLOCK Icon. The PhysioPedal will start at 10 minutes. Each press will increase the time by 10 minutes up to 90 minutes total. To stop the Unit press the STOP/PAUSE Icon.

    Make sure the power is OFF and the battery charger is not attached. Use a damp, clean cloth and gently wipe your PhysioPedal. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, not in direct sunlight, when not in use. Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
