    1. Funzionamento La pellettatrice è fornita di un motore da 7.5 KW (modello EWPM200T). La rotazione avviene tramite l’albero di trasmissione e i rulli della trafila. Il materiale che si pellettizza come la segatura ad esempio è pressato dai rulli pressori all’interno della matrice. La pressione e l’attrito nella trafila portano il materiale da pellettizzare a riscaldarsi fino ad arrivare a una temperatura di 60-80 °...

Introduzione 2.1 Collegamento e collocazione della pellettatrice ATTENZIONE: scollegare la macchina dalla fonte di alimentazione prima di effettuare lavori di manutenzione. 2.1.1 Collegamento macchina Per utilizzare la pellettatrice è necessario collegarsi alla rete elettrica trifase con corrente alternata.   • Page 5 2.2 Trafila Prima di avviare la pellettatrice è importante riscaldare la trafila della macchina in modo tale da smussarla e pulirla. Per questa operazione vi occorrerà: 5 kg di farina; 5 kg di sabbia fine; 1,5 L di olio vegetale. Mescolare gli ingredienti in un contenitore e far passare la miscela attraverso la trafila per 10-20 volte.
  • Page 6 3. Utilizzo della pellettatrice 3.1 ATTENZIONE Seguire le seguenti istruzioni di sicurezza quando si utilizza la pellettatrice: 1. Scollegare l’unità dalla rete di alimentazione quando si effettuano lavori di manutenzione o quando si trasporta la macchina. 2. Indossare sempre opportuni dispositivi di protezione personale. Indossare protezioni per le orecchie, per gli occhi, scarpe antiscivolo e abiti stretti.
  • Page 7 Nota: qualora non si fosse soddisfatti dei risultati ottenuti con il primo giro di lavoro è possibile introdurre nuovamente i pezzi di pellet all’interno del condotto di ingresso. Si dovrebbero aggiungere ulteriori elementi che possono migliorare la qualità del pellet prodotto come la segatura ad esempio. 3.4 Malfunzionamenti e manutenzione La macchina non si avvia: Controllare che la macchina sia stata collegata in maniera idonea alla fonte di alimentazione.

  • Page 10 5. Manutenzione e informazioni rilevanti Seguire attentamente e scrupolosamente le istruzioni in modo tale da garantire una lunga durata della macchina. Qualora le istruzioni non dovessero essere seguite si rischierebbe di danneggiare le componenti o di causare seri incidenti. ATTENZIONE! Mantenersi a distanza dalle parti in movimento.
  • Page 11 6. Ingrassaggio Da effettuare dopo ogni utilizzo o dopo 8 ore di utilizzo. Come ingrassare la trafila con il beccuccio. Come ingrassare il riduttore con il beccuccio.
  • Page 12 7. Come sostituire la trafila 01 – Scollegare la presa. 02 – Rimuovere la tramoggia. 03 – Allentare i controdadi e aprire le viti del’albero dei rulli. 04 – Rimuovere le quattro viti del blocco in cui è presente la trafila.
  • Page 13 05 – Sollevare il rullo dal blocco con estrema cautela. 06 – Pulire il rullo e il suo alloggiamento. 07 – Rimuovere il perno di blocco. 08 – Rimuovere il dado di blocco con uno strumento idoneo.
  • Page 14 09 – Sotto alla protezione troverete i fori dell’estrattore. 10 –Fissare l’estrattore e rimuoverlo delicatamente. 11 – Pulire a fondo la trafila. 12 – Riposizionare tutte le parti seguendo l’ordine inverso.

    3 Operation of the Pellet Mill 3.1 WARNING The following safety rules must be reserved during operation of the pellet maill: 1. Disconnect power supply when you perform maintenance or transport the machine. 2. Always wear appropriate personal protection equipment. Wear hearing protection, eye protection, non-slip shoes, and tighten clothing.

  • Page 24 4.2 Fundamental to the starting pellet Pellets can be produced from various organic materials. Thus, the starting material bonds to be fixed into durable pellets, and the moisture contents need to be controlled within 12% und 15%.
