Operating Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this document
including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
Two people are needed
to use this product and to safely handle
and remove old windshield.
1. Park the vehicle in a location with plenty of light,
set the emergency brake and turn off the engine.
2. Remove the seal strip first and separate
the rubber edge with a knife.
3. Cut approximately two to three feet of Braided Wire.
4. Run the wire rope through the edge
of the windshield with a T-tool.
5. Place the wire into the groove of the
Hook Tool near the end of the wire.

6. Make sure the wire rope is connected to the handle.
7. With the help of another person, (one person is in
the car while the other person is outside the car),
pull the wire along the perimeter of the windshield,
separating it from the vehicle frame and glue.
8. When the old windshield is separated, carefully lift the
windshield off the vehicle and set it in a safe location.
9. Scrape off all old glue from the vehicle
windshield frame and prepare for the
installation of the new windshield.
