TW-800R-EXC ■ Setting This machine can perform the following setup with a DIP switch aside from a setup on a LCD screen. Priority is given to a setup over a setup on a LCD screen by this switch. ●Output settin of a receiver The relay output time of a receiver, double count prevention time, and buzzer operation can be set up with a DIP switch.

TW-800R-EXC ◆Buzzer sounds Big/Small DIPSW Small ◆Caution While the receiver output relay output or while receiver is in double count protect time, receiver transmit the busy signal to transmitter. Then receiver doesn’t move. When the transmitter receives the busy signal, the Green LED of transmitter flashes 3 times.
TW-800R-EXC ■ Function 1. Judgment This machine judges PASS/FAIL according to the mode and the contents of a setting to be used. A judgment performs a display, a PASS/FAIL output, etc. The outline which carries out a PASS/FAIL output with the kind to display is explained.
TW-800R-EXC 2. Work The work used with this machine puts the operating unit into which the count value of each tool (transmitter) is registered. A maximum of 8 kinds of works which are an operating unit can be registered into this machine. (Work No.1-8) the one contents of a work -- {(tool + count number) -- a maximum of 4 kind} is contained.
TW-800R-EXC 3. Count Alarm When the interval of work with a tightening is long, it can warn by the buzzer and display. If the time set as the alarm timer is exceeded, a display will be turned on in yellow, and it sounds and warns of a buzzer.Count alarm is not performed in the state where it is FAIL(ed) "judged.
TW-800R-EXC 6. Judgment Mode In order to perform the judgment of "PASS" and "FAIL", there are four judgment modes in this machine. Although it becomes the "PASS" judging by attaining working conditions, such as a count value and various timers, it becomes the "FAIL" judging when at least one working condition cannot be attained.
TW-800R-EXC 7. Judgment Type This machine can choose whether a PASS output is performed in which all the work completes whether the PASS output for every tool is carried out, or the output method of a PASS judging for every work. When performing a PASS output for every tool, for about 1 second displays a PASS judging, and outputs from a terminal box simultaneously.
