  • Page 5 TW-800R-EXC Term explanation It is a serial number (they are 10 figures at a hexadecimal number) of a transmitter. ID number The same ID number is not shipped. It is the processing which makes the transmitter which communicates, and the Pairing receiver of each other recognize.

    TW-800R-EXC ■ Outline TW-800R-EXC (henceforth, this machine) is the receiver with a count function which made the unit portion with receiver TW-800R and a count function unite.     TW-800R-EXC ■ Installation (1) Please install this machine in the position which a transmitter to a prospect is good, is stabilized in an electric wave, and can be received. (2) Not to become a metal thing and parallel, please detach and install the antenna.

    TW-800R-EXC ■ Setting This machine can perform the following setup with a DIP switch aside from a setup on a LCD screen.     TW-800R-EXC ■ Function 1. Judgment This machine judges PASS/FAIL according to the mode and the contents of a setting to be used. A judgment performs a display, a PASS/FAIL output, etc. The outline which carries out a PASS/FAIL output with the kind to display is explained.

    TW-800R-EXC 2. Work The work used with this machine puts the operating unit into which the count value of each tool (transmitter) is registered. A maximum of 8 kinds of works which are an operating unit can be registered into this machine. (Work No.1-8) the one contents of a work -- {(tool + count number) -- a maximum of 4 kind} is contained.

    TW-800R-EXC 3. Count Alarm When the interval of work with a tightening is long, it can warn by the buzzer and display. If the time set as the alarm timer is exceeded, a display will be turned on in yellow, and it sounds and warns of a buzzer.Count alarm is not performed in the state where it is FAIL(ed) "judged.
