Release the latch and make sure the mower head is locked in one of the 5 height positions.
3.3.2. STARTING THE ENGINE:
Set the engine switch to the ON position.
Firmly grasp the mower handle with your left hand and firmly grasp the cutter with your right hand.
Pull the starter rope slowly until you feel the tension on the starter rope. Then quickly pull the tugging handle
to start the engine. Do not allow the starter rope to snap back. Allow the starter rope to rewind slowly while
holding the tugging handle.
