Sound Settings
Off: the phone does not use the SMS tone.
Light Only: the service light flashes.
Vibration: the phone vibrates.
Single Beep: the phone beeps once.
SMS Tone x: the phone uses one of several SMS
tones.
SMS-CB Tone
(Menu 4.5.2)
This menu allows you to select how the phone
informs you that a new cell broadcast (CB) message
has been received.
The following options are available:
Off: the phone does not use the CB tone.
Light Only: the service light flashes.
Vibration: the phone vibrates.
Single Beep: the phone beeps once.
SMS-CB Tone x: the phone uses one of several CB
tones.
Folder Tone
(Menu 4.6)
This menu allows you to select a tone that the phone
sounds when you open or close the folder. To turn the
sound off, select Off.
Power On/Off
(Menu 4.7)
This menu allows you to select a melody that the
phone sounds when it is switched on and off. To turn
the sound off, select Off.
