The
AirPhysio®
CleanMyLungs
Pressure (OPEP) therapy for individuals who have trouble breathing
due to air pollution. It assists in the removal of excess mucus that
captured environmental particles and chemicals, infectious particulates
and smoke from the airway walls. It also helps to increase lung
capacity and open blocked and semi-closed airways in the lungs.
OPEP therapy has proven to be an effective mean of clearing the
airway for patients with any of the following respiratory conditions:
• Cystic Fibrosis;
• Asthma;
• Bronchiectasis;
• Atelectasis;
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPDs), such as chronic
bronchitis and emphysema;
• Other conditions producing retained secretions.
How Does

CleanMyLungs
AirPhysio®
is an all-natural handheld OPEP device
CleanMyLungs
designed to assist in the clearance of secretions from the lungs and
improve lung capacity. It assists in improving lung capacity by helping
to clear excess mucus build-up and assisting to open up blocked and
semi-closed airways.
When you exhale (breathe out) through the AirPhysio®, your breath
moves the steel ball inside. The
• Vibrates the airways, which loosens mucus from the airway walls;
• Intermittently increases endobronchial pressure, which assists to
maintain the clearing of the airways while a person exhales so that
mucus does not become trapped as it moves up the air canal;
• Accelerates expiratory airflow, which facilitates the upward
movement of the mucus through the airways so that it can be
cleared easier.
This combined action of vibration and pressure results in the mucus
moving progressively up your airways until you can cough it out.
