EEVE recommends the use of genuine Willow replacement parts. Genuine Willow parts can be identified by the Willow part number, the EEVE logo and, in some cases, by the Willow parts symbol.
On specific events or occasions it is possible that your personal robot automatically collects video data. The video data can be used by EEVE to train the Artificial Intelligence system. In case there is a person seen on the video data, the personal robot will blur the person on the video data before sending it to EEVE.
