INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Open Dispenser with key
2. Use level and tape measure to ensure dispenser is mounted at proper height and position.
3. If mounting behind toilet, measure 30" (762 mm) from upper most part of the commode or plumbing
pipes, whichever is higher. If mounting on partition, it is suggested to mount on the opposite side of the
toilet tissue dispenser. For compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines install unit so that top of
dispenser is 30" - 48" above finished floor (AFF).
4. Fasten screws in place
5. Place 1 sleeve of Health Gards® Lever Dispensed Toilet Seat cover refill on pegs, ITEM: HG-3000C
6. Close cover, it will click when secure
7. Press in and down on lever to dispense a single sanitary Toilet Seat Cover
Refill Instructions:
1. Insert key into the holes on top of the dispenser, turn clockwise to open
2. Pull the front of the dispenser open away from the wall
3. Place 1 sleeve of Health Gards® Lever Dispensed Toilet Seat cover refill on pegs, ITEM: HG-3000C
4. Close cover, it will click when secure
5. Press in and down on lever to dispense a single sanitary Toilet Seat Cover
