    March 2022 © Toro MP-1750 ROPS Cab Installation Manual If sprayer is equipped with 2-post ROPS, un-bolt and remove. Save fasteners for re-use. Installation Instructions: 1. Take the front cab bracket and position it against the front of the machine platform. It may be necessary to sand the front outer corners of the platform if the welds are too large.

Position the front bracket against the operator platform, and bolt into place with the provided ½” x 2 ½” hex bolts and flange nuts along the front. 4. Remove the gas shock on the left cab door, slide a flat screwdriver underneath the small clip on the end cap that must be pulled UP order to pop the shock off of the ball stud. The shock will release very easily when this is accomplished.

Shorten wire if necessary, then solder connector to wire. 17. Take the cab floormat and place onto operator platform. Glue into place with an aerosol spray glue.

Use a black silicone sealant to seal the small openings at the ends of the weather-seal on the cab to ensure a more complete seal. 21. If originally equipped on machine, un-bolt the fresh water rinse bottle from 2-post ROPS or just remove the U-bolts that are included for fastening.

It is essential that you read the instructions and safety regulations before you attempt to assemble or use the features that are on this cab/ROPS. Danger: Indicates an immediate hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.

  • Page 18 June 2021© Toro MP1750 ROPS Operation Manual Safe Operation on Rough Terrain 1. Drive the utility vehicle slowly on hillsides and curves to eliminate the danger of tipping. Avoid slopes which are too steep for safe operation. Avoid sharp uphill turns. 2.
  • Page 19 3. New ROPS decals and utility vehicle decals are available from your utility vehicle dealer. ROPS Safety 1. Install the ROPS in accordance with Tektite mounting instructions. Failure to do so may affect the ROPS ability to withstand a roll over.
  • Page 20 June 2021© Toro MP1750 ROPS Operation Manual Operating Instructions Important The following section locates, identifies and briefly describes the functions of all cab controls. All operators should familiarize themselves with control location and function prior to operating the tractor. Failure to do so may result in unsafe operation of the tractor and possible injury or death to operators and bystanders.
  • Page 21 Cab Circuit Protection The Tektite ROPS cab is wired to provide maximum protection against individual circuit overload. All optional components are fused internally behind the cab switch plate, except for the 12v heater. The 12v heater has dual fuses on the body of the heater unit itself. Cab wiring is direct to the tractor battery.

Clear the operator platform of all tools. Tools left in or around the ROPS and utility vehicle can cause operator interference which could lead to bodily injury and/or damage the machine.
