Charging The Power Station With AC On AC charging, the power station unit’s AC switch must be set to OFF or 120V mode, rather than 240V. 1. Connect the AC charging cable to the power input port of the portable power station. 2.

Charging The Power Station With Solar 1. Connect the solar panel (with MC4 output) to the XT60 female port of the portable power station. 2. Place the solar panel in direct sunlight and keep the power station unit out of direct sunlight so it doesn't overheat while charging.

Powering Electric Vehicles Check the voltage and current requirements of your electric vehicle's charging cable. The Viotek D2800 power station supports up to 2800w output at 240V, please limit the charging current to a maximum of 12A. 1. Limit The Current While Charging An EV When charging certain electric vehicles, such as Tesla EVs, its Mobile Connector car charger may automatically draw a significant amount of power from an AC power source. To avoid overloading, you must configure the charging current to a maximum of 12A first.
Powering DC/ USB Devices Check the voltage and current requirements of your DC/ USB device. The portable power station must meet or exceed these requirements to power your device. 1. Press the main power button to turn on the power station, and press the DC main output button. 2.
Expanding Battery Pack (Sold Separately) 1. Make sure the power station unit and battery expansion unit are turned off and unplugged from any devices. 2. Locate the battery expansion port on the power station unit and battery expansion unit, connect them through the expansion cable (sold separately).
UPS Backup Battery The power station unit features UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) capability. When you connect the power station unit to grid power, you can operate electrical appliances using the AC outlets. (AC electricity will be provided by the grid power source and not the power station under these circumstances.) In the event of an unforeseen power outage, the device can swiftly transition to battery-powered mode within 30ms.
Turning Off The Power Station • Turning Off AC Output When you want to stop powering AC devices or an EV, rotate the power switch to AC OFF mode. This will disable the AC output while still allowing you to use the DC output to power DC/USB devices. •...
Reset From Overloading The portable power station is equipped with overload protection to prevent damage from excessive current or short circuits. If such an event occurs, the overload protection will activate and the AC output will be automatically disconnected. To restore the AC output, you will need to remove the overloaded or short-circuited appliance and press the overload protection switch.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, VIOTEK will: (1) repair the hardware defect by using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or refurbished which is substantially equivalent to the original product.
