e) Attach the upper part of the frame with the handle to the lower one by
overlapping it until the locking latch engages:
f) Fill the engine with engine oil according to the recommended specifications,
as the device is deprived of it for transportation. The engine has 2 filler caps
(signed as "OIL") - front and rear - you only need to use one of them to fill the
oil. Set the device on a straight, level surface and pour enough engine oil so
that its cold level reaches the upper-acceptable limit marked on the dipstick
on one of the filler plugs when it is inserted back into its opening:
ATTENTION: in the event of overfilling the engine oil above the allowable, safe
level on the dipstick, the excess oil can be sucked off.
