Important Updates and Safeguards


  1. Over-heating may result under long periods of use, and can lead to early bulb burn out.
  2. Please read the manual carefully before operating projector. To ensure stable power supply, please use standard power cable.
  3. Please use the power supply and cable indicated on the rating label. The projector should be kept away from cloths, sofas and anything that may block the ventilation scoop. Please keep the unit away from flammable and explosive materials.
  4. Please do not disassemble the unit yourself as this will invalidate the warranty service. To protect your eyes, do not stare directly at the lens when the projector is on. The projector must be kept away from water and any other liquids.
  5. To prevent electric shock, please keep the projector out of the rain and away from moisture. It is recommended to switch off the projector after it has run for6 hours non-stop. Please use the original foam and other cushioning materials when transporting the projector.
  6. This model does NOT have a working SD Card Slot.

Power On/Off

Connect the power cord to the projector and connect the power cord to the outlet before the power is turned on.

Once the projector is plugged in, it will be in Standby mode.

Power on:
Press the power button on the remote control once to turn the projector on.

Power off:
Press the power button on the remote control twice to turn the projector off.

Focusing

Place the projector in a certain place within the required distance so that the lens is perpendicular to the screen then rotate the lens until the image is clear.

Keystone Correction

Please adjust the "Keystone Correction" dial ring until the image is displayed normally.

Note: The projector has only vertical keystone correction and no horizontal correction.

Make sure your projector is level with the projected image.

Step1: Choose "Setup" on the right of the interface, then find "Network".

Step2: Find "WiFi".

Step3: Choose "Scan". Select your wireless network from list and type in the password.

Step4: Press the "Exit" key on the remote control and then confirm the connection.

Multimedia Play

Step1: Insert the USB flash drive into the projector's USB interface.

Step2: Select "Media" and press "OK" to enter.

Media

Step3: Select the file you like to play.

Signal Source Settings

Step1: Press "OK" button to enter "Source".

Step2: Make sure that the signal source you selected is consistent with the access signal source.

  1. Select your signal source: "HDMI", "VGA", "AV".
  2. Customize your image settings. "Image Mode", "Aspect Ratio","Brightness", "Contrast", "Color", "Sharpness".
  3. Customize your audio settings. "Sound Mode", "Bass", "Treble", "Balance","Equalizer".

iOS Cast

Attention: The projector needs to be connected to the network first when using Apple Airplay for the first time or finishing the projector upgrade.

Step1: Select "iOS Cast" on the home screen.

Mirror your iPhone or iPad
Make sure that your iOS device is connected to the same network as your
Projector, or connect iOS device with AP by Projector: Projector AP

  1. On your iOS device, open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring.
  2. Looking for devices that can be mirrored on
  3. Select ZYCast-859c(mcast) from the list

Step2: iOS devices and projectors must be connected to the same network, or connect the iOS device to the wireless network issued by the projector.

Step3: Open the control center of iOS device, Choose "Screen Mirroring".

Step4: Choose on the name of the projector device.

Miracast

Step1: Select the Miracast on the home screen.

Cast from Android Devices

  1. On your Android Mobile/Tab, open the settings menu.
  2. Access your display settings or screen-mirroring.
  3. Select your Miracast receiver: ZYCast-859c(mcast)

Step2: Open the "wireless display" function of Android device.

Step3: Select the corresponding projector device name.

Attention: Note that different Android devices have different ways to open the "wireless display". For details, please refer to the instructions for Android devices.
