    Intended use The MASTER-5N is a room temperature controller. The MASTER-5N controls room temperature by controlling ventilation, heating and air inlet flaps. Ventilation, heating and air inlet flaps are controlled using 0-10 V outputs to be connected to external control units.

    MASTER-5N Installation ► Before commencing installation 1. Check the product after you have received it and make sure it has not been damaged during transport. 2. Check all the information on the rating plate and verify that this product is suitable for the intended application.

NOTICE! The relay contacts have no overcurrent protection.

    MASTER-5N 3. Change the value of the setting which is shown in the PARAMETER display, by using the ARROW UP and ARROW DOWN buttons. Display When there has been no user interaction for one minute, the displays return to the default view showing the room temperature.

    When using electronic speed control (TRIAC), fans manufactured by Vostermans Ventilation B.V. must not be run at voltages lower than 40% of their rated voltage. Adjust P1 so that fans manufactured by Vostermans Ventilation B.V. will operate at least at 40% of their rated voltage (92 Vrms at 230 V).
  • Page 10 MASTER-5N HA – Minimum ventilation cycle timer NOTICE! The minimum ventilation cycle timer is available in devices with software version 5.11 or higher. The software version is indicated on the rating plate and is briefly displayed when the device is switched on.

Bandwidth compensation prevents a too rapid decrease of the room temperature in situations where the outside temperate drops rapidly for example during a thunderstorm.

    MASTER-5N With setting C3, the high temperature alarm threshold can be set to change from E3 + C2 to outside temperature E2 + C3, if the outside temperature rises above the high temperature alarm C2. Operation WARNING The controller starts operating as soon as it is supplied with power.

    De schermtaal van de regelaar is Engels en deze kan niet veranderd worden. Bedoeld gebruik De MASTER-5N is een ruimtetemperatuurregelaar. De MASTER-5N regelt de ruimtetemperatuur door ventilatie, verwarming en luchtinlaatkleppen te regelen. Ventilatie, verwarming en luchtinlaatkleppen worden geregeld met 0-10 V uitgangen die op externe besturingseenheden moeten worden aangesloten.

    MASTER-5N 1. Houd de HAND toets onder de temperatuurgroep ingedrukt. 2. Druk op de HAND toets onder de ventilatiegroep tot de gewenste instelling op het MODE scherm verschijnt. 3. Verander de waarde van de instelling die wordt getoond in de PARAMETER-display, door gebruik te maken van de PIJL OMHOOG en PIJL OMLAAG toet- sen.

    Bij gebruik van elektronische toerenregeling (TRIAC) mogen ventilatoren, vervaardigd door Vostermans Ventilation B.V., niet werken op spanningen lager dan 40% van hun nominale spanning. Stel P1 zo in dat ventilatoren van Vostermans Ventilation B.V. ten minste op 40% van hun nominale spanning werken (92 Vrms bij 230 V).
  • Page 23 MASTER-5N E5 – Minimumventilatie stop Met instelling E5 kan de ventilatie volledig gestopt worden als de ruimtetemperatuur te ver onder de streefwaarde temperatuur zakt. E5 stelt de negatieve verschuiving in vanaf de streefwaarde temperatuur waarbij de ventilatie volledig moet stoppen.

    MASTER-5N Wanneer de ruimtetemperatuur boven de bandbreedte E4 × 1,5 komt, zal de bandbreedtecompensatie actief worden, als die in instelling E6 is ingeschakeld. Wanneer de bandbreedtecompensatie actief is, zal het ventilatieniveau volgens de grafiek hierboven zijn. De bandbreedtecompensatie-LED brandt als de bandbreedtecompensatie actief is.

    MASTER-5N Handbediening Met instelling L6 kunnen ventilatieniveau en de opening van de luchtinlaatklep handmatig geregeld worden. Wanneer handbediening actief is, kan het ventilatieniveau en de opening van de luchtinlaatklep ingesteld worden van 0 - 100%. Het ventilatieniveau en de opening van de luchtinlaatklep zijn aan elkaar gekoppeld en kunnen niet afzonderlijk worden ingesteld.

    (TRIAC) dürfen die von Vostermans Ventilation B.V. hergestellten Ventilatoren nicht mit Spannungen betrieben werden, die niedriger als 40% ihrer Nennspannung sind. Stellen Sie P1 so ein, dass Ventilatoren der Firma Vostermans Ventilation B.V. mit mindestens 40 % ihrer Nennspannung (92 Veff bei 230 V) betrieben werden.

    Ein zusätzlicher Analoge Ausgang und ein Relaiskontakt für die Lüftung sind vorhanden. Die Einstellung L3 kann auf AN, AUS oder einen Prozentsatz der Bandbreite E4 von 20 - 80% eingestellt werden. Wenn die Einstellung L3 auf AUS gesetzt ist, ist das Relaiskontakt immer inaktiv. Wenn die Einstellung L3 auf EIN gesetzt ist, wird das Relaiskontakt aktiv, wenn das erforderliche Lüftungsniveau 0% oder höher ist.
