The TST 100 V spacing from the controller requirements

1 comments:

The spacing requirements from the controller for the Tyco TST-100 depend on the wiring and communication mode used:

- RS-485 Comm for RM mode (half-duplex 2-wire): up to 4000 ft (1212 m)
- RS-485 Comm for Smart mode (full-duplex 4-wire): up to 32 ft (10 m)
- RS-485 Power (12V DC, 300 mA): range of 600 ft to 1500 ft (182 to 457 m), depending on wire gauge (AWG)

These distances depend on wire type and gauge used.
