Setting the Parental Guidance
1. Display [Lock System] menu.
2. Use w/s to select [Parental Guidance] and
press ENTER (b).
3. Use w/s to set the limitation level and press
ENTER (b).
Blocking Off
You can view all programs.
Rating [4 and above] has the most restrictions
and [Programme X] is the least restrictive.
4. Select [Close] and press ENTER (b).

Setting the antenna power

If you are using indoor antenna with a signal
amplifier rated at DC 5V, 100 mA, the recorder can
supply power through ANTENNA IN jack.
1. Display [Setting] menu.
2. Use w/s to select [DTV], and press ENTER (b).
3. Use w/s/a/d to select [Antenna 5V] and
press ENTER (b).
4. Use w/s to select [On], and press ENTER (b)
to supply antenna power.

Note
The [Antenna 5V] option must be set to [Off ]
when your indoor antenna is supplied the
power from the mains. If you set the [Antenna
5V] option to [On] for the indoor antenna
which is supplied power from the mains, it
may cause serious defect to this unit.

Setting the Timeshift

You can set the Time Shift function automatically
without pressing TIME SHIFT button. The timeshift
will start after Digital TV tuner mode is started.
1. Display [Setting] menu.
2. Use w/s to select [DTV], and press ENTER (b).
3. Use w/s to select [Timeshift] and press ENTER
(b).
4. Use w/s to select [Auto] or [Manual] to apply
timeshift.
