APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION

USE INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not operate the motor continuously for more than 1 minute at a time.
  Allow it to rest for 3 minutes before continuing.
• Place the motor base (1) on a flat, clean, dry surface.

Make sure the appliance is unplugged.

• Place the food to be processed into the desired cup (2, 3 or 4).

• Cut or tear food into pieces in equal size.
• Never overfill the cup.
  Do not exceed the MAX line.

4. For blending, assemble the cup (2, 3 or 4) to the blending blade assembly (5).
   For grinding, assemble the cup (2, 3 o 4) to the grinding blade assembly (6).
   Hold the cup firmly in one hand. Use the other hand to tighten the blade assembly by turning the blade assembly clockwise until snug
   The blades (5 / 6) are very sharp; handle them carefully.
5. Connect the power plug to the power socket making sure that the mains power corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance rating label.
6. Invert the cup/blade assembly. Insert the blade collar into the motor base, fitting the tabs (x) into the slots (y) on the motor base
   
7. To process, turn the cup clockwise into the motor base. The blender will operate.
8. When processing is completed, turn the cup anticlockwise and lift to remove the cup/blade assembly.
9. Invert the cup/blade assembly. Hold the cup firmly in one hand. Use the other hand to turn the blade collar anticlockwise and remove the blade assembly from the cup.
   The blades (5 / 6) are very sharp; handle them carefully.
10. 1. To enjoy your drink, place the flip-top lid (7) onto the cup and twist clockwise until firmly sealed.
       or
    2. For storage in the cup, use the spill-proof lid (8) to cover and then twist clockwise until firmly sealed.
11. Disconnect the plug from the power socket after finishing use.

Grinding Coffee

1. Add coffee beans to the small cup (2).

• If desired, add any other flavouring ingredients, such as cinnamon or vanilla bean.

2. Assemble the cup (2) to the grinding blade assembly (6).
   Hold the cup firmly in one hand. Use the other hand to tighten the blade assembly by turning the blade assembly clockwise until snug.
3. Assemble the cup/blade assembly to the motor base and turn the assembly clockwise until coffee beans are the desired texture.

• The coarser the grind, the milder the brew.
• For espresso blend, grind until the beans are ground to a fine powder.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before performing any cleaning operation, ALWAYS disconnect the plug from the power outlet.

• Use a wet cloth and avoid using detergents or abrasive materials to clean the motor base (1).

Never submerge the motor base (1) in water or other liquids.

• To clean all of the components, with the exception of the motor base (1), you can use hot water and normal dishwasher detergents. Avoid using detergents or abrasive materials.
• All of the accessories, with the exception of the motor base (1), can be washed in the dishwasher at a temperature not higher than 65°C.
