Operation Explained
Turn on/off
Turn the "Power/volume" knob clockwise until a click sound is heard to turn on the device; keep turning clockwise to increase volume;
Turn anticlockwise to decrease volume, turn anticlockwise until a click sound is heard to turn off the device.
Indicator
- Working status indicator:
Power on: Blue light lights up.
Low power: Blue light flashes.
Charge when the device's off: Red light lights up when charging, Red light goes off when it's fully charged.
Charge when the device's on: Red light and Blue light light up when charging, Red light goes off when it's fully charged. - DSD indicator: Indicator lights up when the device detects DSD audio signal input.
Working as DAC for computers
When using the device with a Windows computer for the first time, please go to our website to download the driver and follow the corresponding instructions to install the driver.

When using with a MAC OS computer, it doesn't need any drivers. Please choose the Q1 Mark I as the output device.
It's recommended to set the system output volume on computer to the max level and then adjust the output volume of the Ql Mark IL to a suitable level with its volume knob.
Working as a DAC for iOS devices like iPhone/iPod/iPad
Using the included Lightning-Micro USB cable to connect the Q1 Mark II with your iPhone/iPad/iPod and play the music on your iOS device, then you could better enjoy your Hi-Res music.
Precautions
- Please set the volume with moderation to protect your hearing and your audio equipment.
- Please take off the headphone from your ears before plugging or unplugging it to avoid any possible impulsive sound damaging your hearing.
- Do not disassemble, expose the unit to water or carry out unauthorized repair on the unit.
- If the unit is to be left unused for a long time, it should be recharged periodically to preserve its battery life.
- Your hearing and environmental awareness are affected when using headphones. For your own safety, please do not use headphones in dangerous environments.
- If the system shows an error, please press the RESET switch to restore to normal operation.
- It is not recommended to connect the QI Mark IL to both a USB audio source and a line audio source at the same time as both sources would play through the headphones at the same time.
