Bluetooth pairing and wearing

Take out the two earbuds from charging case, they will turn on automatically and link to each other within 10 seconds.
The left earbud flashes red and blue alternately (pairing mode).
Search for the name of earbuds [TOZO T12] and select it on your phone.

Ensure the eartip facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
Rotate the earbuds back to the auricleside to fit snugly. «Eartip facing upwards is the incorrectway to wear the earbuds.

X2: Press twice
X3: Press three times
Hold: Press and hold for 2 seconds

Activate the voice assistant

Power on: Take out the earbuds from the charging case; or press and hold 3 senconds.

Power off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case; or press and hold 5 senconds.

If only one earbud connect the phone/the two earbuds can not pair together, please try the below new reset steps:

Delete all [TOZO T12] Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off the Bluetooth.
Pick up two earbuds from charging case, then press and hold both earbuds untill red lights on to turn off earbuds, and then release fingers(that means press and hold about 5s).
Press and hold the both earbuds again, release fingers after blue light fast blink 3 seconds (that means press and hold about 10s). Reset is complete when one of earbuds flash red and blue alternately, turn on the Bluetooth to connect again.
