FEATURES

Please Read These Instructions Carefully Before Use!

This thermoelectric unit is designed to be a portable storage container for cold drinks and cold food. The unit can chill to approximately 29°F/16°C below ambient temperature. The unit is powered by a 12 V DC system such as a vehicle, or can be powered from a 110V AC system.

MODE SELECTION

ON - Slide the power switch to "ON" and the unit will cool and a "green" light will be on during the cooling process.
OFF - Slide the power switch to "OFF" to discontinue use.

OPERATION

Open door and place 12 cans, 2 per slot.
Connect power cord to the back of the unit.
Slide power switch to "ON".
Allow time to cool. The time for cooling the cans is based on the ambient temperature of the room.
Press and release button and a can will be dispensed. Push in the trap door on the lower part of unit and retrieve the can.

OPERATION

MAINTENANCE

Condensation should be removed regularly, and frost should be removed as required. With care and cleaning this cooler can be used continuously.
Keep cords and cigarette lighter sockets clean at all times. Small tobacco or dirt particles in the socket or the plug may affect performance.
The motor, fan and control panel vents should be cleaned periodically. While the unit is unplugged, clean the fan blades and motor shaft using a paint brush or other soft bristled brush. Remove all hair, dirt, or dust that may have accumulated.
To clean, wipe the inside with a warm damp cloth or sponge. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners. A mild soap should be sufficient, but if stains or odours remain, household bleach or baking soda may be added to the washing solution. Keep the lid open for several hours after cleaning to allow the interior to thoroughly dry and to prevent odours from forming in the cooler.
For long periods of storage, a small container of baking soda or charcoal, placed inside, will eliminate objectionable odours.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

When using in the car, there will be a drain on the car battery if the engine is off.
Ensure the fan is able to rotate at all times.
The power cord may have a fuse installed in the plug. If required replace the fuse with one of the same amp rating (A) only.
Keep 6" clearance on all sides of unit to ensure air circulation to and from the fan.
