To do it, put the selector (D) at "Inclination" position and activate the cylinder with the lever (34) from teh remote control. b) Activate the Plane lifting cylinder Plane to support the blade on the ground.

    Rear Plane PLANNER 510 4.3 - Wheels Ballasting (with water) The Plane wheels ballasting is recommended to allow more firmness and stability to the Plane set. The tires (14-9-26) used on the HD Plane, allow the introduction of 182 liters of water each, which give a good ballasting. The tires (12-4-24) used on the ST Plane, allow the introduction of 114 liters of water each, which give a good ballasting.

    Rear Plane PLANNER 510 5.4 - Operation Techniques A) Levelling* It is to level a ground, which is, with the surface in a certain angle. The picture below represents a typical situation, where the dotted line repre- sents the level and quota in which we want to let the ground. The work is basically to give consecutive passes from top to down, contro- lling the blade depth to get the profile of the dotted line.

A wrong assembly may explode the tire during calibration, and may cause serious injuries and even death. It is safer to trust this job to a professional one.

    Rear Plane PLANNER 510 6.4 - Blade Maintenance The blade act of cutting, is performed by the edge (1), that it is replaceable. It cannot be sharpening, and should be replaced when presents abrasion and makes it difficult to perform the job. The edge is attached to the blade through a pair of screws, which nuts must be tighten on the torque of 293 N/m.
