Wash and dry the fish pieces. Dip the fish pieces in the prepared marinade for atleast
1/2 an hour and keep in the refrigerator . After 1/2 an hour keep in marinated fish on the high
rack on the glass tray. Put a little oil or melted butter on the fish pieces. For Marinade:-Take
hung curd garlic, chilli pasta, mustard sauces, salt, chat masala, red chilli powder according.
to taste . Mix them altogether. Add little red food color and 1 tablespoon of oil to it mix it
thoroughly and put fish pcs. And keep in the refrigerator For extra browning . cook on grill
mode for 5-10 minutes more. When beeps turn them over.
For minced meat kebabs : Mix the flowing ingredients:-
garlic and green chillies, 2 tsp of thick curd, salt, red chilli powder chat masala and garam
masala according to taste. Mix al the above mentioned ingredients in a blender to make a
smooth mixture . Apply a little oil on your hand and roll the mixture in the shape of kebabs
and place on the high rack on the glass tray . You can also use the ready made kebabs
in the market . For extra browning cook on grill made for 5-10 mint more.
