CHARGING STATUS

The car's charging status can be checked at the charging input
socket, on the control unit, in the driver display and in Volvo On
Call* app.
Lamps for the charging input socket
White - LED light.
Yellow - Waiting mode, waiting for the charging to start.
Blue – timer set.
Flashing green - Charging in progress.
Green constant glow - Charging complete, extinguishes after a
while.
Red constant glow - A fault has occurred.

Control unit

The LED lamp is extinguished: charging not possible – Unplug
the charging cable from the wall socket and then plug it in again.
The LED lamp illuminates in white: charging possible – the
charging cable is ready to be plugged into the car.
The LED lamp flashes in white: charging in progress.
The LED lamp illuminates in red: charging not possible – tempo-
rary fault. Unplug the charging cable from the wall socket and
plug it in again after a while.
The LED lamp flashes in red: charging not possible – critical
fault.

Driver display

The different colours of the symbol indicate charging status.
Blue light - charging in progress.
Green light - the battery is fully charged.
Red light - charging error, check the connection of the
charging cable with the car and the 230 V socket.
