Assembly Instructions
Locate the studs on the wall that you plan on
1
mounting the system. Hold bracket against wall
so that the top of plate to the floor measures at
54" (35 gallon drum) or 68" (55 gallon drum). It
may mount higher, but you will need additional
flex hose for the cyclone to the drum. Mark
where mounting holes land.
Note: For wall mounting, the bolt centers on the
brackets are at 16" to accommodate most wall
stud spacing. See [FIG. 1] for full dimensions.
Attach bracket to wall with mounting hardware.
2
Slots in the brackets are 1" x 13/32" [FIG 2].
When installing the system where the filter or
3
the inlet will be parallel with the wall [FIG 3a],
or mounting to a concrete wall, you must mount
additional spacing between the wall and the
bracket [FIG 3b]
Note: The additional spacing (i.e. multiple 2x4's)
helps to stabilize and dampen vibration. The
collector will seem quieter if the outlet is aimed
away from where people tend to work.
Aligned the Cone and Barrel's Flange with the
4
angle ring of the wall bracket.
Secure both components to the wall bracket
using eight Hex Head Bolts, sixteen 5/16" Flat
Washers, and eight Nylock Nuts. [FIG 4]
Note: Tighten firmly but do not over compress the
gasket. Extra hardware is vincluded to mount
wall bracket to collector
